The program consists of twelve sessions. Each session includes:
1. Thematic Hiking with Gradual Difficulty (90 min)
Each hike has a specific theme. Alongside the gradual physical exercise, the aim is to discover people, stories, and aspects of our city in a playful and exploratory way.
2. Thematic Seminar on Mental Revision (60 min)
