ΕΓΩ: Empower – Exercise – Transform

A pioneering, combined program for managing body weight through:

  • "Discovery" walking

  • Adult play

  • Mental revision

  • Simultaneous improvement of our metabolic and psychological profile

The program consists of twelve sessions. Each session includes:

1. Thematic Hiking with Gradual Difficulty (90 min)

Each hike has a specific theme. Alongside the gradual physical exercise, the aim is to discover people, stories, and aspects of our city in a playful and exploratory way.

2. Thematic Seminar on Mental Revision (60 min)

Topics include:

  1. Chronological, Metabolic, and Psychological Age

  2. Body and Emotional Weight: Why and How They’re Connected

  3. Emotional Eating: What Am I Expressing, What Do I Need?

  4. Well-being, Longevity, and Our Inner Strength

  5. Recognizing/Excluding Toxic Emotions

  6. Regaining Life Control - Adopting Positive Health Behaviors

  7. Stress Triggers and... Antioxidant Actions

  8. Psychosomatic Homeostasis and Cardiovascular Function

  9. Starting Something New, Always

  10. Emotional Vampires in Our Lives

  11. Slowing Down Aging

  12. Achievements – Evaluation – Transformation

WHY

Today, all scientific evidence shows:

  • Weight loss is impossible without addressing the emotional burden we carry.

  • Simultaneous management of our metabolic and psychological profile significantly contributes to slowing down the aging process.

  • The biochemical and hormonal foundation of positive emotions leads to faster and more permanent weight loss than deprivation, pressure, or strain.
